This dvd follows instructor Rose Griscom as she leads you through performing a 90-minute to 2-hr floor-based traditional Thai massage in real time. This video is meant to supplement your existing Thai massage training, not replace an in-person class. Practitioners who have taken a Level I & II class will benefit most, as they get to follow along in real time as the instructor calls out the name and basic techniques of each movement. Detailed instruction is minimal. The presentation includes some Front, Back, Side. and Sitting Position movements, with variations that allow for a 90-120 minute session.
